I build paths through complicated things.

I’m based in Northern California and work at the intersection of technology, contracts, law, operations and product building. In a Fortune 500 IT Finance environment, I manage high-volume technology agreements and supplier relationships across software, SaaS, professional services, telecom and infrastructure. Earlier chapters of my career include regulated healthcare legal operations, court advocacy, real estate, technology sales and community leadership.

The through-line is ingenuity. Difficult situations do not intimidate me; they usually sharpen my focus. I like to confront the issue, understand what is actually happening, and find — or create — a way forward with judgment, wisdom and grace. To me, what matters most is not simply what happens, but how you respond to it.

That instinct is also why I founded and built ContractIQ and MLSocial. Both began with problems I could see firsthand. Rather than wait for someone else to solve them, I started designing the systems I wished existed.

Outside the corporate lane, my life has always been multidimensional. Ministry has been part of my life for as long as I can remember; in 2025, that included a one-year Pakistan Outreach Ministry program in Kasur, Pakistan — developing monthly curriculum, teaching remotely and supporting students through graduation. I have also worked in San Francisco Giants community programming, real estate, photography, community music, combat sports, hiking and horseback riding. I’m ADR-certified and an ordained minister who officiates weddings and memorial services. Different settings, same pattern — people, pressure, service, problem-solving and creating forward motion.
