Leadership & community
My work has never stayed inside one lane. Alongside enterprise technology contracting, I have led community programs, counseled students and families, worked in legal advocacy and managed deadline-driven client transactions. Each experience strengthened how I communicate, negotiate, organize and lead.
Program leadership
Led operations across three seasons for a 700+ participant youth program spanning three facilities. Coordinated logistics, communications, families, community partners and events, including an end-of-season program involving a Giants alumnus, local law enforcement, media and community stakeholders.
Counseling & school operations
Counseled students and parents academically and emotionally; handled academic probation and special programs; proctored SATs; led a girls’ mentorship program; spoke at special occasions; and directed graduation from planning through ceremony.
Legal advocacy
Worked in high-consequence matters involving felony drug cases, DUI and parole/re-entry. Applied legal interpretation, client counseling, advocacy, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills in fast-moving, sensitive circumstances.
Client & transaction leadership
Six years guiding buyers and sellers through negotiations, contractual deadlines, inspections, lenders, escrow/title, vendors and changing conditions. Managed the moving parts, communicated risk and kept transactions progressing toward close.
Student leadership in practice
At Jim Elliot High School, I worked across the student experience — academic counseling, emotional support, parent conversations, academic probation, testing and special programs. I also created and led a mentorship program for girls focused on navigating high school and preparing for what came next.
I proctored the SATs and directed graduation end-to-end, including academic awards, gowns, the ceremony program and its design, slideshows and presentations, speaker coordination and event details. It was equal parts counseling, operations, communication and care.
