ContractIQ is designed to connect intake, triage, document review, approvals, collaboration, execution readiness, repository management and lifecycle visibility in one operating workflow. AI-assisted features are intended to handle repeatable analysis and routing while keeping people responsible for material judgment, negotiation, relationships and accountability.
The problemContract work often moves through email, spreadsheets, documents and disconnected approval paths. Repetitive manual coordination can hide status, slow decisions and leave institutional knowledge trapped in individual inboxes or people’s memory.
